謝謝 @jakartacoffeefestival 團隊給予難得的機會，
受邀擔任本次國際賽事評審。😊

看著每一位選手認真、專注地站在賽場上，就會讓我想起以前比賽時的自己🔥也希望透過這次的分享，能讓大家帶走更多不同的想法與收穫。

在追求目標的路上，沒有太多捷徑 !
持續學習、持續練習、持續堅持，才是唯一的道路。

雖然我們彼此之間有著語言上的差異，但咖啡始終是我們最好的共同連結。

這幾天在雅加達，也深深感受到印尼人的熱情與用心，從抵達開始就受到像貴賓一樣的招待，真的非常感謝🙇🏻‍♂️🙏

尤其要特別謝謝所有工作人員，大家真的辛苦了！幾乎是 24 小時待命照顧我們這些評審😅

這次的🇮🇩雅加達之旅，對我來說真的是一段非常棒、也值得記住的體驗！從餐廳、美食、咖啡、調酒，每一間店從空間設計、裝潢到餐飲品質，都能感受到非常專業的細節與巧思👍

最後，再次謝謝所有 @JCF 的工作人員們！以及這趟旅程中認識的每一位朋友。

Thank you to the @jakartacoffeefestival team for giving me this incredible opportunity to be invited as a judge for this international competition. 😊

Watching every competitor stand on stage with such focus and dedication reminded me of myself back when I was competing. 🔥 I also hope that through this experience and sharing, everyone was able to take away some new ideas, inspiration, and valuable lessons.

When pursuing a goal, there are no real shortcuts!
Keep learning, keep practicing, and keep pushing forward — persistence is the only way.

Even though we may speak different languages, coffee has always been the best connection between us.

During these few days in Jakarta, I truly felt the warmth and hospitality of the Indonesian people. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a VIP, and I’m sincerely grateful for everything. 🙇🏻‍♂️🙏

A special thank you to all the staff as well — you all worked incredibly hard! It honestly felt like you were on standby almost 24hr taking care of all of us judges. 😅

This trip to 🇮🇩 Jakarta has truly been an amazing and unforgettable experience for me!

From restaurants and local food to coffee and cocktails, every place I visited showed such professionalism and attention to detail — from the interior design and atmosphere to the quality of the food and drinks. 👍

Finally, thank you again to all the @jakartacoffeefestival staff, and to every friend I had the chance to meet during this journey. 🙏
