I've had the privilege of participating in some fantastic projects recently. I recorded drums for television performances for @thewizbway and @hamiltonmusical, respectively. Additionally, I was commissioned to compose a drum dance break for the #Broadway production of @spamalotbway currently running. Huge thanks to @josephjoubert88keys , @alacamoire , and @cohenkeyboards for the opportunity to contribute to these projects. Excited for what comes next! #Iamqrobinson #iplaydrums #pearl_drums #pearldrums #sabian_official #promarkdrumsticks #motionprothrones #reunionbluesgigbags #drumdots #pighogcables #audixmicrophones #empireears #bigfatsnaredrum #abletonlive #drummer #drumsoutlet #percussion #drums #drumsticks #humesandberg #teamremo #workingdrummer #thewizbroadway #hamiltonmusical #spamalot #musictheatre

As we head towards @sweeneytoddbway’s opening tomorrow, I want to shoutout 2 colleagues who I’ve worked with for 20+ years.
Emily Grishman, Music Copyist, has been with me since BAT BOY in 2001!
I met Randy Cohen, Keyboard Programmer, at WICKED around 2004.
They are The Best At What They Do, and I can’t imagine doing a Broadway show without them.
Love you, Emily and Randy! Thanks for always having my back. Happy Opening

@somelikeithotmusical on Broadway is officially open! 🔥🔥

This was a giant milestone in my career. My first solo Broadway contract, and the culmination of my time at @berkleenyc. When I first met @loudonstearns, I talked to him at great length about my passion for music directing, conducting, and the integration of the computer at the podium with the “GO” button.

While at Berklee and the PowerStation, I started PatchMaster Productions and theorized, researched, and tested ways in which the computer could drive audio, video, and lighting in perfect synchrony, while still being an orchestra member, and playing under the conductor’s baton.

It was thrilling to work with Maestro #darrylarchibald and the fabulous SLIH orchestra and integrate the playback with the live musicians. And in a way that the conductor has control in case of any mishap that is bound to happen in LIVE theater.

“GOButton” and PatchMaster are officially on Broadway, and I cannot wait for what comes next. Thank you to @joeymervis for his help in keeping me sane and organized, and to Loudon Stearns for believing in me and helping me develop “GOButton.” Thank you to my ride or die @goob_elliott for always pushing me to think farther, and to Randy Cohen @cohenkeyboards for his continued mentorship and support.

M² Music couldn’t be prouder to have contracted the incredible orchestra you will hear tomorrow when ANNIE Live airs on NBC. (Scroll down for credits). Each and every note you hear was played and recorded by NYC’s finest musicians. It is impossible (and will always be impossible) to replicate actual live musicians at this level in a room making magic.

Special shout out to drummer @smdrums10 for being the rock solid heartbeat throughout the entire process. There is no one better than you. @alvinhoughpiano for holding down the fort so seamlessly. Thanks to @steoremus for the leadership on podium and off and for trusting M-Squared with the process. Thanks to #JanetWeber for everything.

You will hear the brilliant charts from killer orchestrators @shanktunes, @bcoughlin_14 , @brianusifer and dance arrangements from Zane Mark.
