It started with one note in May 2024.

Then ten games unbeaten. Then the Southeast title. Then four straight knockout wins.

@bristolrhythmafc never dropped the tempo, and the town heard every bit of it.

Next comes the U.S. Open Cup, first round, April 2027.

Up the Rhythm. 🎸

Words can’t explain what I experienced this summer, but I will try my best. At first I wanted to go home for the off season, but for nothing in the world I would change the decision of staying here over summer. This season with Bristol Rhythm AFC genuinely changed my life, in the way that I met the nicest people in this planet, I made friends, I would even say brothers, and a family for life. It’s hard to have a look at all those memories without having tears coming up. But I am not sad because it’s over, I am smiling because it happened. I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone around me this summer from the players who I made amazing connections with, but also the trust of the coaches Dave, João, Dan and Filipe that put into me. Also a huge thank you to Matt and Diane the owners who have done a magical job with this team, and I am so proud to have been part of this project of developing the soccer in this beautiful area. And finally thank you to all the fans and the people that worked behind the scenes for us, nothing would have been possible without you all. Up the rhythm 💜

When we agreed to be a host family for the @bristolrhythmafc, I never would have predicted the benefits of getting to know these amazing young men. I could not be more proud of these guys for the season they had.

The guys in this photo have been so kind, tolerant and inspiring role models to Macklin. For that, I am forever grateful. #uptherhythm

ONE MORE SLEEP.

Tomorrow, Gene Malcolm Stadium becomes the stage for the biggest match in Bristol Rhythm history.

Every training session.
Every sacrifice.
Every save.
Every goal.

It has all led to this.

Tomorrow, we don’t just play for a trophy.
We play for our city.
For Rhythm Nation.
For everyone who believed.

When the lights come on, make Gene Malcolm shake.

Sing louder.
Cheer harder.
Leave nothing behind.
