Wow, what an unforgettable night!🤍

For 40 years, horses have been at the heart of Colorado Horse Rescue. And for 40 years, this community has shown up for them.

Every horse who walks through our gates carries a different story. But none of them make that journey alone. Behind every horse is a community filled with generosity and compassion, providing the hay, shelter, medical care, training, patience, and love it takes to help them find their way forward.

At this year’s Mane Event, we celebrated more than 40 years of rescue. We celebrated the people who have made this work possible: those who have carried the rope before us, those holding it today, and those who will carry it into the next 40 years.

We left Saturday with hearts overflowing with gratitude for every person who has helped make CHR what it is today. Your generosity and belief in this work have changed countless lives, and they give us hope for all the horses and families still awaiting help.

Thank you for being part of this community and for standing alongside these horses.

Here’s to the next 40 years, together. 🐴💙

NEW COLLABORATION

I’m so excited to share a new collaboration with Colbert Hat Co. in Louisville, Colorado.

I am hand-crafting beaded hat bands designed to complement her hat creations. Each band is strung with carefully chosen natural-toned beads and finished with leather ties—small details made to give your favorite hat a unique touch.

Colbert Hat Co. creates custom hats with a hands-on approach, from selecting and shaping the perfect piece to personalizing it with bands, feathers, pins, and custom branding. Their hats are shaped and fitted specifically for the person wearing them, creating pieces that feel truly their own.
