Colby came to me without a consistent routine & felt like he in his words “had much more in the tank”, but couldn’t figure it out.

~ Too many rollovers
~ No real power to all parts of the field

May look like the smallest changes, but make massive results 👇

1. BAT PATH- more vertical angle allowed him to efficiently fire through the zone & give him adjustability to hit the ball to all sorts of the field 🚀

2. LOAD- probably our biggest challenge and adjustments made. He wasn’t getting into his back side at all, just a rock back. No real power being loaded up around the back side. Learned how it felt to properly load and fire without losing the power stored up 📈

3. APPROACH- Obviously can’t see someone’s approach, but changing his random approach without a small focus to oppo homer with the thought of a pullside homer if they came in on him allowed him to have one focus of see ball hit ball and just react with the approach in the back of his mind 🧘‍♂️

What does this lead to? First collegiate bomb💣 bang!

By Homer I always mean it should be a line drive to the top of the wall. Backspin to all fields so if we miss it’s a single, can’t be the other way around

THINK SMALL MISS SMALL

If this resonates with you, hit me up and I’ll fix your swing this offseason 🤝

I figured it out so you don’t have to
