It never gets easier....... you just get better at doing the hard things. All too often, we associate easy with improvement. The weight feels lighter, the fatigue set in later, or my heart rate didn't get as high. The truth is fighting and life are the same. The longer you do it, the more you realize that pain is always close by. I used to get frustrated. I felt like I was doing something wrong. However, that is not the case. In fact, ease and improvement are not mutually exclusive in fact, at certain points, if it is always easy, you may be doing something wrong. Stay strong, and choose the hard roads.
