It is my sweet baby boy’s last night at home. ❤️

Tomorrow, we’ll take him to the MEPS hotel, and then Tuesday we’ll put him on a bus to begin his journey through boot camp and toward becoming a Coastie. 🇺🇸

I know my boy is capable. I know he is ready. And I know he is going to do amazing things.

But this mom heart… 🥹 It is bursting with pride while also breaking just a little bit at the thought of sending my baby out into this big world.

If you think of it over the next several weeks, please say a prayer for my boy. Pray for strength, confidence, perseverance, good people around him, and maybe a little extra peace for his mama too. ❤️🌎

Semper Paratus, baby boy. Your whole world is cheering you on. 🇺🇸⚓️
