Lyle Cherry Orchard Trail
Gouache on paper framed🌀 $300

We were lucky to spend some time here during the Maryhill plein air comp this April before fires closed the trail indefinitely. Hopefully the trail will reopen next year 🙏

Herman’s House
Gouache on paper - for sale

Herman is a giant sturgeon that lives at the Bonneville Fish Hatchery in the Columbia Gorge. He is 10-11 feet long and over 500 pounds. He’s estimated to be 90 years old. You can visit him and view him through the glass!

I’m getting around to scanning and documenting my paintings I made for the plein air competition in April. Cole joined me for this day in the competition (last pic)

Let me know if you’d like to buy one! This one is $500 framed 10 x 13”

Today we recorded LINE TIME with eleven brilliant guest artists. Soon, we’ll install the drawings and paintings created today around Portland: on telephone poles, bulletin boards, in windows.

We’re very grateful to @ulnastudio for hosting us and to the participating artists who showed up ready to experiment and willing to play. Thank you @regionalarts for supporting this project. Long live public art funding!

Feeling nostalgic about the opening of Nostalgia Potluck last week…

30+ artists. 30+ artworks. 30+ childhood photographs—each offering a glimpse into the inner child who helped shape the artist and their creative practice today.

The work is as varied as it is beautiful.

The show is up through August 9, and if you missed the opening, we’ll be having a Closing Party on August 7, so don’t make the same mistake twice. 😉

Curated my first group art show at @lansuchinesegarden & hosted a beautiful summer afternoon artist reception celebrating the exhibition & featured artists 🥹💕 each artist was selected for their unique perspective & interpretation of the lotus coinciding with the lotus bloom at Lan Su 🪷 the best part was getting to work with local artists I truly admire & highlight their amazing work ✨ the exhibition will be on view through august 22nd, come check it out !!! 🩷🩷🩷
