I posted this on 01/19/2017 and here we are again on 01/19/2025.
I ain't arguing, debating or trying to convince. One major difference in 2025, I'm not entertaining ANYONE'S political or social obsessions, if politics or political figures is the primary topic, miss me. I don't care if we agree or disagree, I'm not doing it. I do my best to get along with and respect everyone as long as I receive the same in return. If not ✌🏾

I tell myself this more than a few times a week.

PC (Pre Coveffee) on NYE I'd be in the streets; NYC, LA or Vegas! AC (After Coveffee) I'm in this house! It would've been nice to step out in the trashy, shiny, a little too snug around the 🍑 outfit I bought for New Years but it can wait. And considering all this was only $20.00 bucks (the last time I used Uber Eats the order was messed up and I got a full refund and a fat credit) I'm good!

Have a safe a Happy New Year! 🙆🏾‍♂️ 🍾🥂🎉🥂🍾🎉🥂

Now that that is done I think there should be a way to IMMEDIATELY stop all political ads on TV and in the mail!

And this may vary depending on where you live, but you can use your voter registration card as a form ID! Check your local voter registration office for requirements.

And if you DON'T VOTE, stay cute and keep it on mute!

Fellas, we can get 🦨ish and usually by the time we catch it others have been suffering. Nobody wants us hugging or trying to crawl all over them with musty nooks and crannies! 🤮

Because I want everyone to win and not be fonky this is a mens summer have. In addition to using CLINICAL STRENGTH deodorant, get some of these and keep them in your car, backpack and at work.

Run dont walk to your nearest Lowes,, pack of 15/9.99. They're also available online at Amazon and Wal-Mart but Lowes pricing is best. And ladies, gents or however you identify if your Boo won't get them, you get them and make his stank ass use them!

Youre welcome stank boxes! And stay tuned for more of Coles How Not To Be Stank summer tips! 🤣

New York Summer 2023
Karl Lagerfeld A Line of Beauty - Metropolitan Museum of Art

Great exhibit. I limited the pictures I took because I wanted to be present. If you're in New York before it ends it's worth a trip.

"Letting the universe know what you want and working towards it while letting go of how it come to pass." - Jim Carey

I have lived this long before I knew what I was doing. And I am now hyper aware of what I want and ask for. I also don't panic. I don't want anything that is not for me or anything I've walked away from or left behind.

It sounds cliché, but on the other side of every storm is the sun. We'll always be tempted with something easy when what we've prayed for is on the way. Put it out there, do your part and the universe will do the rest.

🙏🏾

"No matter how celebrated that version of me was, I'm here." - Janelle Monet

Heaing that was conformation of a thought I had while I was out walking one day pushing myself to walk longer and sweat harder to get to the size/weight I was 12 years ago. Before I almost 🤮 I thought Nope!" That body is in the past, I'm going keep the body I'm in now moving and focus on wellness not weight. I spent most of my first 40 to 45 years as a skinny/skinny-ish bitch, I'm ok being a big bitch now.

Not worried about unbigging my back for the summer or any season anymore!

Repost @angiemartinezirl you hear that?! 👂
@janellemonae came on the show preachin’ & teachin’! Do not waste your life trying to be an old version of yourself no matter how celebrated that version was.
