Cole gets to spend the next two days out in Bend for a music video shoot with someone you may know in the Country music genre 🤩! Originally pulled from Casting Networks because he looked like a younger version of this artist, Cole had a quick audition process that didn’t even require reading a script! Instead, he was asked to submit an intro video sharing both a happy and a sad story. Cole understood the assignment and was confirmed for a 7 AM call time this morning! #htatalent🎉

BY ANY OTHER NAME Oregon filmmakers Cole Failing and Quinn Connell present a fully independent short film inspired by Ian Fleming's iconic novels. When two rookie field agents' mission goes sideways, they are forced to break from protocol to protect an important drive. Boasting sweeping scope, staggering setpieces, and real aerial stunts, By Any Other Name is a jaw-dropping thrill ride of action, suspense, and pure popcorn entertainment - produced by a small team of young filmmakers in the Pacific Northwest over the course of a year. Music: MFSB - Something for Nothing ft. Thom Bell Franco Micalizzi - Trinity Titoli #ByAnyOtherName🎰

That’s a wrap in Sleeping Dogs Lie! Words cannot describe the love I have for this cast and crew. This film has been a long time coming and we couldn’t have done it without every single person on this set. Everyone was so helpful, but I wanted to extend a special thank you to @lucky_tungsten @cam24fps and @and_makes for their insight and support throughout the filming process. It’s people like you who push me to grow and who make filmmaking such a rewarding experience. Last but not least I wanted to thank @samanthameipaull (the most amazing writer and director ever) for inviting me to be a part of this project. It was truly been an honor to work with you and I just want you to know that I’ll be here for you always. Love yall!

That’s a wrap on Sleeping Dogs Lie!! ❤️ This has been the greatest experience of my life. I don’t expect to change a system with one film, but we have to start somewhere. This industry is beautiful, it has brought so much purpose and happiness into my life, as well my favorite people, but it is also corrupt. I didn’t know if I could find a crew willing to make a film about that corruption, but I found one that jumped at it, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you @cam24fps for seeing this fangirl who DM’d you about a movie and taking her seriously. For listening to my vision and for bringing it to life better than I could have imagined. More than anything, thank you for respecting me and for trusting me. @lucky_tungsten thank you for having faith in the girl who was your PA a few years ago, and for respecting me as a director. Not only did you put in more than was expected, but you brought the best crew I’ve ever worked with. You having faith in me to pull this off is part of the reason I did. @finneganjames, I couldn’t have asked for a better lead. You put your literal blood sweat and tears into this role, you know Parker better than I do, and you knocked it out of the park. Most importantly, you’re one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met. To many more 🥂 @brian_sutherland_actor , I can’t thank you enough. You had no reason to trust a 20 year old, but you did that and so much more. Thank you for trusting me with your time and your incredible friends @konpodprugin @liana_giurissi Thank you to my parents @davidpaull @erratictraveler for doing more for me than any other parent would. For not only being parents but producers, PA’s, photographers, chefs, and anything else I need. I love you ❤️ Last but not least, thank you to my partner in crime @themiadawson. You gave up months for this project and were in my corner every step of the way. Without having someone just as crazy as me, I wouldn’t have tried doing this in the first place. I can’t do this alone, and I don’t ever want to ❤️ Thank you to everyone. I couldn’t be prouder of this film and I can’t wait for you all to see it!
