How blessed are we, two and a half months of Ty. @bayleymconie the person that was the first to let me feel the love like no other, the love only a mother can feel, to watch her experience this herself is next level. Proud is an understatement. You and Jeff make a great team and he's a lucky little boy ❤️

Te Awamutu local BMX Racer @colemconie has had his fair share of hurdles to overcome during his career. Most recently, a string of near-career-ending crashes left him with months of recovery. Rather than give into the frustration, Cole focussed on recovery, and pursued his passions of videography, and photography.

When @cyclingnewzealand approached us looking to fill their social media role, Cole was the first person that came to mind. Giving him the opportunity to leverage off his unique perspective as both an athlete, and photographer.

We can't wait to see where this partnership goes, and look forward to seeing the growth it brings to both sides!

Update ‼️

To be honest, the last few weeks have been challenging at times taking probably my biggest crash till date a few weeks ago. Feeling super lucky somehow my body and head recovered quick and took it fairly well. Straight going to the high of yesterday hitting PB’s after this forced rest 😂

Now today I am waving out this one to go back home for quite a while giving me another little challenge to deal with.

But hey, life wouldn’t be life if it was all easy and I am eager to learn and be better through it all!

Anyways, to you : There is absolutely no one else I would want to do this heck of a ride with! 💙

We are definately not taking the easy route in this athlete journey of ours but with my stubbornness x your resiliance I know we will be unstoppable. I will always have your back and can’t wait for the day you see in yourself what I see every single day!!

Thanks for being you and have a safe trip home. Time is only relative and I can’t wait to get towards your side of the world again to witness all the development you’ve made!

See you soon! X

Winter is here!❄☃️
from @colemconie Avec un temps comme celui-ci, il est toujours difficile de décider s'il faut aller sur la piste ou à la plage

With weather like this it's always tough to decide whether to hit the track or the beach
