Ohana Fest this year just hit differently. Celebrating the festival’s 10th anniversary made an already extraordinary experience even more special. And there is something truly magical about sharing the music you have loved for a lifetime with your children and seeing that same passion come alive in them. Experiencing it all with Colette and Grant made the day even more meaningful, and having my brother Carroll there was icing on the cake!

I absolutely adored Rilo Kiley, and Fontaines D.C. was absolutely INSANE! What an incredible performance! And the Pixies? I have waited what feels like my entire life to hear “Here Comes Your Man” performed live, and it was every bit as remarkable as I imagined.

But the absolute masterpiece was Pearl Jam. When the very first notes of “Daughter” filled the air, I thought I was going to lose my mind! That moment alone was worth every minute. I have seen Pearl Jam several times over the years, but nothing quite compared to this performance. Hearing so much of Ten, along with so many other extraordinary songs, was simply mind blowing. The nostalgia, the brilliance of the performance, and the energy of thousands of fans singing together were almost impossible to put into words.

Music has this remarkable way of transporting us through time, connecting generations, and reminding us of exactly who we were when we first fell in love with a song. And somehow, hearing those same songs decades later, surrounded by people you love, makes them even more beautiful.

Ten years of Ohana Fest, a lifetime of incredible music, and another beautiful reminder that some of life’s greatest moments are the ones we get to share.

Ohana, indeed. ❤️

Some nights are simply too spectacular to put into words. And then there’s Halloween Horror Nights, where the screams are plentiful, the imagination runs gloriously wild, and being scared out of your wits is somehow the entire point!

For someone who has been hopelessly enchanted by Halloween for as long as I can remember, this is quite possibly my idea of heaven, albeit with a few more monsters lurking in the shadows!

This was only our second year experiencing this extraordinary extravaganza, and I think it’s safe to say we’ve discovered a family tradition that is here to stay. Especially when I get to share all the thrills, laughter, and wonderfully unexpected scares with my girls!

Stranger Things was absolutely off the hook! The extraordinary Ozzy Osbourne maze was a fittingly dark and imaginative tribute to the Prince of Darkness himself, and every maze thereafter was a magnificent marriage of artistry, imagination, and sheer terror.

And oh, the nostalgia! From Hellraiser and the wonderfully twisted horrors of my teenage years to the exhilarating anticipation of what might be lurking around the next corner, it was a glorious reminder that some of us never quite outgrow our love of a good scare. Nor should we!

Every maze was its own little masterpiece, every jump scare an invitation to scream and laugh in equal measure, and every moment another fabulous memory made together.

There is something truly magical about watching imagination come to life on such an extraordinary scale. The elaborate sets, the incredible performers, the attention to every deliciously sinister detail. It is an absolute feast for anyone who adores Halloween as much as I do!

Two years in, and I suspect we have many more spectacular nights of fright ahead of us. After all, why should Halloween magic be reserved for childhood?

I hope you’ll take a few moments to enjoy this reel and experience a little of the madness, magic, and magnificent mayhem with us!

There’s something so special about realizing that this magical time of year has arrived…and your kids still want to go to the pumpkin patch with you.

No matter how old they get, I will never take these moments for granted. The pumpkins, the fall air, the traditions, the laughter…and most of all, simply being together.

Such happiness abounds.

Happy National Daughters Day to these three intelligent, empowered, courageous and beautiful souls.

I am so incredibly proud of everything they are accomplishing and the lives they are creating, but even more than that, I am proud of who they are. They are genuinely kind, loving, thoughtful and simply lovely human beings.

Watching the love and patience they show their grandparents, especially as we circumnavigate this journey together, has made me even prouder of the women they have become. Their tenderness, presence and love mean more to me than they will ever know.

And one of the greatest gifts of this season of motherhood is that I genuinely love hanging out with my daughters. They are three of my very favorite people in the world.

You inspire me and make me want to be a better version of myself every single day. I feel so incredibly blessed to be your mom.

Love you more than the moon and the stars. Always. ❤️❤️❤️ #nationaldaughtersday

Such a beautiful birthday celebration for our Chuck. So grateful for all of us to be together and to make his birthday so incredibly special.

We were certainly missing our extended family and our Chloe Belle, but they were with us in our hearts.

So grateful for another year, another celebration, and another wonderful memory made together. There really is nothing better than having the people you love gathered around the table. ❤️

96 Years of Love ❤️

There are birthdays, and then there are days that quietly remind us what life is really about.

Last weekend we celebrated my incredible dad, Kozy, turning 96 years young. Our home was filled with family, dear friends, amazing hibachi, laughter that echoed across the backyard, and stories nearly a century in the making.

The decorations were beautiful. The food was incredible. But those aren’t the memories I’ll hold onto.

I’ll remember watching my daughters wrap their arms around their grandfather with a love that needed no words.

I’ll remember looking around one table and seeing generations gathered together, realizing this is what a life well lived looks like.

I’ll remember watching my parents together and feeling profoundly grateful for one more celebration, one more family gathering, and one more memory.

As our family prepares for a new season with Chloe leaving for Rome, these moments feel even more precious. They are a beautiful reminder to slow down, be present, and never take time with the people we love for granted.

At 96 years old, Dad has taught us that the richest life isn’t measured by accomplishments or possessions. It is measured by the people who gather around your table, the stories that live on, and the love that spans generations.

Looking through these photos, I realized something…

The greatest legacy we leave behind isn’t what we build. It’s who we love.

Dad, thank you for teaching us what unconditional love, generosity, resilience, grace, and family truly mean. Your greatest accomplishment has never been found in anything you’ve achieved. It lives in your children, your grandchildren, and in everyone fortunate enough to know you.

Happy 96th Birthday, Kozy.

You are deeply loved beyond measure, and we are so incredibly blessed to call you ours.

And if this celebration reminded me of anything, it’s this…

Don’t wait.

Celebrate the birthday.

Take the family photo.

Stay a little longer.

Hold the hug.

Say, “I love you.”

Because one day, these ordinary moments become the memories we treasure most.

Happy 96th Birthday to the most extraordinary man I know. 🤍

What can I possibly say about my amazing Dad? He is the kind of man who took a child as his own without hesitation, without conditions, and without ever looking back. That one act of love changed my life forever.

Dad, you have been my Amazing Grace, the wind beneath my wings, my greatest encourager, my safe place, and my constant source of strength. You have inspired not only me, but everyone who has had the privilege of knowing you. Your kindness, integrity, generosity, humility, and unwavering love have shaped our family in ways words could never fully express.

Your greatest legacy has never been measured by what you accomplished, but by the lives you have touched. You are the most extraordinary father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and now great-great-grandfather. What an incredible blessing it is to see five generations gathered together because of you. Our family is stronger, kinder, and more loving because of the example you have set. That is a legacy few are ever blessed to leave.

Today we celebrate not only your incredible 96 years, but the remarkable man behind them. I pray God blesses you with many more adventures, more laughter, and more precious moments with the family who adores you. I cannot wait to celebrate you today.

I love you more than the moon, the stars, and beyond. Thank you for choosing me, for loving me so completely, and for showing me what unconditional love truly looks like. I thank God every day for the incredible blessing of calling you my Dad. I am so very lucky to be your daughter.

Happy 96th Birthday, Dad. You are loved beyond words and celebrated beyond measure. ❤️ #happy96thbirthday #96years #happybirthday #happybirthdaydad

The most beautiful ending to the most beautiful birthday. ✨🌅

There is something so special about having the people you love gathered around one table, sharing a meal as the sun slips into the Pacific. Dinner at the Beachcomber was absolutely magical. The most spectacular sunset, perfect weather, laughter around the table and, as evening settled in, the sweet sound of tiny frogs singing from the creek. Turn up the volume on the video and you can hear their tiny little peeps. 🐸✨ It was one of those evenings when everything just felt right.

My Chloe Belle was off on her own adventure up north, making memories and celebrating with friends, which made my mama heart happy. ❤️

After a day filled with so much love, this was the perfect ending. I am walking into this next year feeling so incredibly grateful for my family, for the people I love and for all the big and tiny magical moments that make life so beautiful.

My heart is very, very full. ❤️✨#gratefulheart❤️ #heresto57 #goldenhour

“Dads hold our hands for a little while and our hearts forever.”

My favorite fathers with my favorite girls. My wonderful father, Kozy, and Chuck with Chloe and Camille (circa 2006), and my angel father, Coe, with Colette (circa 2001).

Whether a father by birth, adoption, marriage, mentorship, or choice, today we celebrate all the incredible men who have loved, guided, protected, and inspired us.

Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing fathers in the world. May your day be filled with love, laughter, cherished memories, and abundant blessings. ❤️

Six months into law firm life for Colette and thirty years for me, and we absolutely adored unboxing the Darling Lulu Piggy office series. 🐷⚖️

A little whimsy, charm, and humor beside the long days and serious work somehow feels perfectly fitting. Safe to say these little piggies will absolutely be coming to our offices with us… and we cannot wait. #lulupiggy #lulupiggyoffice #unboxings

Back to Catalina, Memorial Day weekend 2013 ☀️❤️
The girls trying on sunglasses, Chuck making us laugh, my beautiful momma beside us, and not a care in the world except where the next adventure would take us.
Looking at these photos now feels both heartbreaking and beautiful because life moves so quickly. But what a privilege it is to have loved so deeply and lived so fully together. #catalinaisland #lifelongmemories #MemorialDay
