Joining the Cross country team 4 years ago was the best decision I could have made. I’m leaving with lifelong friends, countless memories, and lessons that will stay with me forever. Cross country has been the best part of my day and I couldn’t have asked for better teammates or a better coach to share it with. I can't believe how lucky I've been to be part of this team, and I don't know where I'd be without all of them. Forever grateful for the best four years I could have asked for.

Even the most brutal of winters produce sunny days the next.

All seriousness this year seriously tested me. Putting myself out of my comfort zone being tested physically academically and socially as well like never before is an experience you only get putting yourself in a spot you never thought you would be in a year. I would like to say that all went well but I had my weak spots. I messed up athletically while my academics took the front seat. Next year my main goal is to balance the two and become something nobody could forget. There’s always room for improvement and I’ll chase it as long as I’m alive and that will never change.
