I don't think I can find the words to describe how wonderful last night was for me. I got the opportunity of a lifetime last night to be gifted the task of opening for @hectormoralez_ at The Red Lamp project put on by @somethingdenver.fun . I had a packed dancefloor from the time that I started playing till the time I handed things over to @toadzunt (Liza Spinneli) And the floor stayed packed all night long!! Till 5 A.M.!! Big BIG thanks to Liza for building an awesome table for the decks so there would be no issues of resonance or humming/feedback for the great music that everyone pumped to the speakers. She did it during all of the cold fronts we've had lately in her garage blasting a space heater while she constructed it. At one point with it being like 14 degrees outside. That's true dedication to making sure everyone experienced the highest quality stereo sound possible. Everyone thanks you madam. Especially ME!!! @hectormoralez_ killed it last night!! Getting to share the stage with the likes of these two incredible DJ's is truly a huge honor to me!! There was a no phone policy so everyones focus was completely on us!!! I had a bunch of friends come out to support me being on this lineup. And I want everyone who came to support know how much it means to me. To look out on a dancefloor and see people grooving to your music is already a very special thing on it's own. But when you can say that most of those people are also your friends, that makes it something even more special. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Everyone. I can't wait until the next opportunity to get to share my music with people. And my friends. A huge thank you to everyone that contributed to my dancefloor being PACKED!!! You are the reason I do this. And that I keep rediscovering how much I love it. Because of how you make me feel. You are all a very necessary element to the full picture. And it doesn't all come together and work without you. My set from last night will be posted on my soundcloud for anyone who missed out on the vibes last night.
Thank you to @somethingdenver.fun for choosing me to warm things up for the event. I can't thank you enough. Stay tuned for upcoming events
