So proud to say we will be premiering at @cinefestsudburyiff 💜

We were supposed to shoot a music video, the artist canceled the shoot the night before (more on that later), we had gear, locations and crew locked. It was everyone’s last day of work before the Christmas holidays. I was freakin’ out.

I decided we were still gonna shoot something. What it was gonna be… NO clue. They say write what you know and I wrote a comedy about a chick with commitment issues 😂🥰. A bunch of people cooler than me said yes to making this possible and it would not have happened without them, their talent and their desire to be down to clown. This felt like our own little film challenge and I’m proud of what we were able to shoot in 6 hours, with having written it the day before. I loved every second of doing this. And then, life got busy and it sat on a hard drive for almost a year. I wish I had jumped on it sooner but then I wouldn’t have met our editor, and so many people who brought this film to life so it all worked out. This is a reminder to me, and to you, to shoot what you can, with what you have + as soon as possible.

Hope you come HEHEHE and HAHAHA with us next month! So stoked to finally have something to play in the big nickel after years of love, support and community up there.
