No matter how big or small, rich or poor, elegant or plain, home will always be where your heart is. Growing up I lived in mainly small apartments, a members of our church’s basement, and was even homeless for a summer. I lived with my Aunt for a season, and my Grandparents in my teenage years at their Grand Queen Anne Victorian Bed and Breakfast meeting people from around the world, for which I am forever grateful. I owned land and owned homes from 19 to 25, and even a few horses and a donkey. I lived in a basement with a husband and six children. I’ve happily made sacrifices in hopes of something more. I put in the work. I exercised patience. I’ve felt at times I’ve had nothing and at others I’ve had everything. The roof over our head is not what matters as much as what is in your heart and what fuels your mind. The most profound gift you can give yourself is that of hope and faith. The road may be difficult at times, but he will always be there to lift you up. 2018 and 2019 were the most challenging years of my life. And I had thought I had already been through soo much. I couldn’t have been more wrong.
I will be forever thankful for this place we called home when we first moved to Virginia. And that we made something heartbreaking into something beautiful and a soft place to land. I’ll always cherish those who welcomed us with open arms. My life will never be the same as it once was. It will never look how I at one time envisioned it being. But I have come to love the hardest season of my life that led me to where I am today. Eternally grateful for all of the love and every blessing. Life is truly a miracle. It’s messy, it’s beautiful, it’s packaged in chaos and perfection. Sometimes all at the same time. Oh how loved we are if only we can allow ourselves to know it and feel it and bless others with that love in return. No matter the trial, no matter how deep the pain, never forget there is always beauty for ashes. No matter the roof over your head in this world. You carry it in your heart🫶🏼. Share your light. It’s in there. And NEVER give up! YOUR MIRACLE COULD BE JUST AROUND THE CORNER.

This smile right here will always be my greatest ray of sunshine that came from our time in Arkansas so many years ago. So thankful for the kindness, love, beauty, and compassion @coliver1217 brings into this world. My dearest friend who walked through the refiners fire with me, and is still by my side🥰. To find such a kindred spirit in a friend is truly rare and for that, I am eternally grateful.
The beauty in the artistry of these murals in downtown @conwayarkansas are a sight to see! The second best thing about this little gem! There’s just no way to not be happy when you walk down the street and see such artistic talent. @artbyjessicajones is truly one of a kind. As well as @kefi.design.collective and @jimmypaintz
One of my favorite past times on Vacation is finding diamonds in the rough with murals!
Caught my eye and I hope it does yours as well.

When your CEO/Co-Founder makes this little comment on one of your posts, everyone gets super excited! 😜

Now, I’m dodging questions, texts, and phone calls, @lorihbush!!!

Sorry, y’all! My lips are zipped! But I will tell you that you want this, and you want to be a part of all of this. And, that’s no hype! 😉
