31 Days of Grounding is a daily emotional freedom practice.
Grounding, also called earthing, is the practice of reconnecting the body to the earth through direct contact. That can look like walking barefoot in the grass, sitting near water, touching soil, gardening, laying on a blanket outside, or simply standing still with your feet on the ground.
This challenge is built around one idea: emotional freedom starts when the body has somewhere safe to land.

Most people carry emotions in their body long before they have words for them. Grounding gives the body a moment to stop performing and return to what is real.

Each week in July, Omni Wellness Ministry will share one grounding fact and one simple practice to help people understand how reconnecting with the earth can support emotional emancipation.
Week 1: Your body is electrical.
The heart, brain, muscles, and nervous system all communicate through electrical signals. Grounding reconnects the body to the earth’s natural electrical field. This is why earthing is often described as a physical recharge, not just a peaceful activity.

31 days. One practice a day. Touch the earth. Feel what is real. Free what has been held.

🚨Join the collective for 31 Days of Grounding.

Throughout this 31days we’ll separately but collectively move ourselves closer towards emotional emancipation than the day before.

💞 You can regulate yourself into a managed life while still being emotionally imprisoned by unprocessed grief, intergenerational trauma, survival mode, or relationships that required you to perform rather than feel. Regulation without emancipation just makes the cage more comfortable.

Gregory reflects on how BNLP helped strengthen his leadership journey—shifting from navigating Baltimore on instinct to gaining clearer direction, support, and a stronger sense of purpose in the communities he serves. 🤝
