POV: the fitness is finally fitnessing

46.16 miles closer to Chicago and I’m finally starting to see the fitness I’ve been building all summer.

This block has been just as much about learning to trust myself as it has been about hitting the miles. Being kinder to myself. Giving myself credit. And letting myself actually be proud of how far I’ve come.

The confidence is catching up to the fitness right on time for race day

Monday: 8 miles easy
Tuesday: 10.71 miles speed work
Wednesday: Strength
Thursday: 8 miles easy
Friday: 2.45 miles + pickups
Saturday: 17 miles easy + dancing
Sunday: Rest

Weekly receipts: 46.16 miles

What are you training for right now?
