POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Twas the night before EVERYONE gets back into the weight room routine…

Programming for OVER 550 athletes isn’t just sets, reps and percentages. It's considerations including updated rosters, athlete's training age, summer training (or lack of it), proper progressions with an end in mind, 9th graders training alone vs. 9–12 together....🤪 Oh yeah, then there's space, location, available equipment, group size, assign training partners or groups of 3, sport coach availability & knowledge, overall flow, efficiency, athlete accountability.

Because when you’re programming for MULTIPLE teams, you don’t get to plan in a silo. Every decision affects the next one. And yes—2 vs. 3 days of training changes the program because every variable above changes what we can—and should—accomplish.

550+ athletes. Multiple sports. One plan that has to WORK. Tomorrow, we roll. 💪

Olympic lifts aren't just about moving weight—they're about producing force, speed, and intent.
👿😤🏋‍♀️
Our track athletes are learning new ways to be explosive with the snatch, while our basketball players are getting comfortable "in the guts of the bar" on cleans. Every rep demands coordination, power, balance, and the ability to produce force quickly—the same qualities that separate good athletes from great ones.

⚡ More explosive first steps.
⚡ Higher jumps.
⚡ Faster acceleration.
⚡ Better body control.
⚡ More confidence when it's time to compete.

Strength is important. But learning to apply that strength with speed is a game changer! 📈

Violent. Aggressive. Explosive. 😤

The weight room sets the tone. All of our Cougar athletes are chasing the same thing—becoming stronger, faster and tougher than yesterday. Every sprint is max effort. Every rep is intentional. Every day is earned.

Your Cougar Family wants you here. It's not too late. COUGS vs the World!👿👿👿
