@boroughcounci1 topping off a great night at @theoldbluelast yesterday as part of @collisions.ldn with some brilliant, brooding post-punk.

@glasshouseredspidermite tearing up @theoldbluelast last night as part of @collisions.ldn with their snarling, ethereal alt/post rock, gnarly guitars and weird soundscapes. Check out their EP What Do You Mean The Monster?

@doomclubmusic bringing their beautiful, inimitable doom tunes to @theoldbluelast yesterday as part of @collisions.ldn Love this band and their fiery, twisted vim and brain bending, genre whisking tracks that bud bonkers riffs. goose bumps on the arm and spark off some truly feral dancing.

📌 The sunny months have arrived, but mind April’s showers! Be sure to duck into a venue to catch these gigs, recommend carefully by Pindrop. Also, scroll along to read our review of @compostcompostcompost ‘s last residency night at @jaguarshoes , alongside @ropeburnropeburnropeburn and @lotsofband . Finally, if you’re desperate for some new tunes but are sick of the algorithm, check our month’s obsessions.

📌 Pindrop will be resuming our monthly slot at the @windmillbrixton , but right now we’re crossing the t’s and dotting the i’s, so expect an imminent announcement!

📌 These gigs are happening at @icalondon @sebrightarms @theoldbluelast @cafeotodalston @shacklewellarms @piehouse.coop @spanners.club @troxylondon @windmillbrixton @villageunderground @thelexingtonlondon @thegeorgetavern @o2forumktown @morocco_bound_bookshop and are put on by @eveningstar.ldn @shout__scream @bisonrecs @badvibesuk @sexmagicrecords @broadsidehacks @hellopinkmist @upset_the_rhythm @joyconcerts @badlandsrecordstore @metropolismusic

Hey hey!! Couple of cheap and really sick gigs coming up, you should come to all of them.

Before the slurry of all that, in a very exciting turn of events @potatoband_uk have decided to throw you a bone and release a rather dashing EP. “Antiques and Interludes” is a 4 track odyssey featuring some improvised pieces and songs that deserved their own little release but didn’t quite fit on the album. Lots more to come from the lads, didn’t want to cut the album art off with Instagram’s 4:5 thing as it’s so beautiful but check my stories today to have a look at it! Aaand gigs:

TOMORROW @newriverstudios @bigrichardrecords
@familydrone
@rampressure
@jawjawjawharpharpharp
@omertabandmusicverycool
@domesticpartnersband
@vanquan.dist
@komooffish

£10 ADV / £12.50 OTD - not many tickets left for this so nab them now if you want in. Will save a few for the door but they’re cheaper in advance!

MARCH 26TH @jaguarshoes @allspells
Playing bass in @pleisuredband alongside the homies in @_lackaday_ Sweetheart & @fatb3rg - free entry!

APRIL 3RD-5TH @theoldbluelast @shout__scream
