The morning of…

My heart feels full from sweet birthday blessings thank you friends.

Each year I grow more confident in my skin, lines and all.
I stand more grounded on this earth and more aligned with my purpose in this world. I feel stronger mentally and physically, embracing the lessons I have learned, highs and the lows. Moving into this next year of life deeply grateful for all I have in this world, health, love, community & creativity.

Last years birthday was a difficult time as this week is the anniversary of the first devastating flood in the Northern Rivers, from which our community is still rebuilding .

This year I retreated in nature with my love, went for a surf,
and played cards with my girls late into the night .

This is a little love note to the friends and special people who have supported me on my journey over the years. Who’ve stood by me as I follow dreams and hustle in business cultivating a life I feel very lucky to be living .
