EDEN SANGRIA.
Developed by Chelsea Olivastro.

Built on a base of Lavender-Earl Grey tea from @brooklyntea, then layered with honey, triple sec, fresh orange + lemon juice, and topped with prosecco.

Bright, floral, and beautifully balanced! It was the perfect pairing for the flavors of EDEN. Truly everything we hoped for and more.

Sneak Peak 👀 EDEN Sangria R&D.

@brooklyntea Lavender Earl Grey tea anchors the sangria, and we’ve been waiting for the right moment to bring it to life! As Jaylin noted, it carries a nostalgic, floral sweetness almost like fruit loops—making it a natural fit for our Spring theme, EDEN.

Its deep, inky hue, flecked with purple and green, feels reminiscent of fertile soil, like something ready to bloom. Chelsea & I are looking forward to guests experiencing the sangria as a reminder of everything spring is about to unfold.

See y’all on the 24th! ♥️

Love,
Naj

Hi Friends,

The Peruvian dish, Pollo A La Brasa is the main course for the Love Naj Spring dinner, EDEN. We did a trial run to see how long one chicken will take on the grill. Based on the RSVPs, we are grilling 4 chickens 😅

I know our guests will enjoy it and will save room for this beauty! I appreciate y’all for tuning in and hope you enjoy the impromptu singing that this chicken has inspired 🤤💕

See y’all on the 24th loves!

Love,
Naj

Friends, invites are sent and I’m excited for the next Love, Naj dinner 😘

EDEN invites you into a garden at its most alive.

This spring, we gather at the table for a night shaped by abundance, curiosity, and the quiet pull of desire. The menu moves through freshness and fire: from grilled artichokes with herb vinaigrette and dandelion greens with pistachio dressing, to tuna carpaccio bright with lemon and charred chilis, and lamb meatballs layered with smoke and warmth. The evening deepens with pollo a la brasa, roasted potatoes, and salsa criolla—ending with a blueberry-lemon polenta crisp that lingers like the season itself.

Throughout the night, sip on a vibrant Eden Sangria, crafted by bartender Chelsea Olivastro, alongside a refreshing berry-basil lemonade.

Woven into the evening are two intimate experiences designed to open the room: Petals & Fire, an icebreaker exploring desire and instinct, and What the Flowers Taught Us, a reflective pairing rooted in growth and release. Together, they echo the spirit of Eden—not as a place of perfection, but as a moment of awareness and choice.

Come ready to eat, connect, and bloom.
Spring is here—and so are we ❤️

Love,
Naj

Love, Naj Revival Theme Attire

I am elated to collab with Mika, owner of Platonic Love Vintage, for my next Love, Naj dinner ensemble 😉

Mika opened her brick and mortar shop February 2024 - right across the street from Pratt University. We decided to have a casual chat about her process from pop-up shop success to attaining the store and much more! Stay tuned for part two ✌🏾

For the Revival Dinner on the 29th, I plan to pick up an outfit from Platonic Vintage soon. Y’all wanna virtually come with me?!

Love, Naj
