Day 2/42

POV: Chick-fil-A and Chipotle can still fit into a fitness journey. It’s about what you order and how it fits into your overall nutrition.

Fueled, worked, trained, hydrated, hit the concert, then scootered to call it a night - pro tip to avoid Uber wait times 🫡

Nobody is coming to save you.

That’s not an insult. That’s your power.

This life didn’t happen by accident. It was built by habits.
By choices. By what you did when nobody was watching.

So now it’s time to do something different. Not talk. Not wait. Not post quotes.

You rebuild it. With discipline. With community. With people who refuse to stay stuck.

That’s what I Am Redemption is.

If you’re ready to change how you live, there’s a place for you here:

🟡 Monday Men’s Meeting: real conversations, real accountability

🟡 Thursday “We’re All Recovering From Something” Zoom: open to anyone

🟡 Crew Run: show up, move your body, build your life

Help fuel the mission: We’re looking for mission partners who want to join in what we’re building and help more people turn pain into purpose.

Whether you need community, or you want to help build one there’s room for you here.

I Am Redemption.

Built Different by Pain. Powered Different by Purpose.

Keep going & remember that small progress stacks up🌱🤍

It doesn’t have to be huge -
just a small lift, a slightly harder rep, a little more focus. Over time, those small actions add up..🙌🏻

Consistency beats intensity when it comes to building strength, skill, and confidence.
Keep showing up, and keep raising your bar -
one small step at a time.🙏🏼🤍

What’s one way you want to raise your bar?💫

We’ve been sold the idea that youth comes from injections and appetite suppression.
But neuroscience says otherwise.

Your thighs aren’t just muscles — they’re neurologically active tissue that communicate directly with your brain.

When you strength train:
• Motor neurons fire and rewire your brain
• Myokines are released that reduce inflammation
• Insulin sensitivity improves (hello metabolic health)
• Balance, reaction time, and cognition are protected
• Muscle mass signals safety to the nervous system

Strong thighs =
🧠 Better brain health
🦵 Lower fall risk as we age
🔥 Higher metabolic resilience
🧬 Slower biological aging

GLP-1s shrink appetite.
Botox freezes expression.
Muscle teaches your body how to survive.

Longevity isn’t thin.
Longevity is strong, adaptable, and resilient.

If this resonates, you’re our people.
Save this. Share this. And lift heavy with intention.
