Growth starts with one decision: to show up for yourself.

These women came eager to learn, ready to push past doubt, and determined to invest in their future. What began as curiosity turned into confidence, skill, and a sisterhood of women chasing their dreams together.

This is more than balloons it’s about believing you can, and proving yourself right.

1. Planning and Preparation Are Everything:
No matter how creative I am, a successful event comes down to proper planning. From securing vendors to setting up timelines, every detail must be accounted for. Last-minute changes are inevitable, so having a solid plan (and backup plan) keeps things running smoothly.

2. Client Expectations vs. Reality:
Not every client understands the cost and effort that go into creating their dream event. Clear communication about budgets, logistics, and timelines is key. I’ve learned to set realistic expectations while still delivering a beautiful and memorable experience.

3. Flexibility and Problem Solving Are Non Negotiable:
Things don’t always go as planned rain, delays, or unexpected mishaps can happen. Over time, I’ve learned to stay calm, think quickly, and find creative solutions on the spot. Adaptability is what separates a good event planner from a great one!
