🚨 Warning Long Message coming 🚨

I want to say first how much i love P413 Baseball and All of our players from 7-18u, second were not for every one!

What motivates us at the hs school level is different then most, We care about the future of our players and helping with them chase their dreams with development and putting them in the right places to be seen!

Development is a buzzword these days and everyone uses it but very few see it the way @tventers24 @p413russo8 @topvelocitydayton and I see it, we see a development plan where winter is more important then summer, when September to February is the key season not June and July! To be successful those six months, it takes discipline, structure and everything a young man has!

When it comes to being in the right places to be seen that is very different then most think, this past weekend was fun to try to make at run at tournaments which our young men did.. 15u, 16u, 17u and 18u top teams went undefeated in pool, taulbee and orwick also had very solid weekends this past weekend but at HS winning teams means very little!

The next month we go on the run that actually matters and only one of these events declare a champion at upper levels!

Starting this week we get to be apart of @pbr_philoshea PB Program INVITE in columbus, this event is a real invite only where you get selected to attend with a program point system and i personally have already talked to 20 coaches who expect to be in attendance this weekend seeing guys all over Columbus!

Next week we go to MPL the elite invite of all invites in midwest, no buying your way in. Stingiest selection process with the boys at Grand Park and our program is fortunate to have an invite from 13-17 for MPL, not to many can say that!

After that we head to NEO in northeast ohio, only invite only for 16 and 17u littered with college coaches and our invite string ends at ashland July 4th weekend with Northern Ohio Invitational!

Next four weeks wont have championships, wont have posed pictures, what we will have is real development playing great competition w/ college coaches watching to give our boys a chance to chase dreams!

Thats what matters! #p413evoboys

To the sport that gave me everything I could’ve asked for and more. The sport that watched me grow into a man and gave me a lifetime of memories and friendships. I’ll never be able to repay you, but I’ll try my absolute best. For right now, I can only say thank you.

Thank you to @muskie_baseball for the greatest 4 years of my life and for giving me the opportunity to play at the next level, even if they’d never seen me play in person. Thank you for opening a window when the door to my playing career closed, and for allowing me to step into a coaching role that led to me rediscovering my love for this sport and a passion that I never thought existed. Thank you for recruiting these groups of guys that have become my family and were always the brothers that I wished I’d had growing up.

Since I started playing at age 10, I was incredibly blessed to play with so many amazing people all the way from Little League, to travel ball, to high school, and finally to college. It was the honor of a lifetime to step between those white lines with each and every single one of you. Thank you for believing in me, pushing me, and helping me become the man I am today. Lastly, thank you for being receptive to me when I was trying to navigate through the transition of player to coach. I can’t and don’t know if I’ll ever be able to explain how much that meant to me.

Thank you for everything, Muskingum. #UncOut #SkieBag4Life
