Your size does not measure your worth. Your height does not limit your potential. The only thing that defines you is your mindset, your work ethic, and your belief in yourself.

Yeah, people might doubt you. They might laugh, stare, or underestimate you. Let them. Because every time they do, they’re giving you fuel. Fuel to prove them wrong. Fuel to rise above it all. #dawgpound

Easily our greatest accomplishment of the 2025 season was our first annual Salute to Service Game!

🇺🇸 As a program, our players and families raised $2,400 for the Wounded Warriors Project through ticket sales, donations, and our prize giveaway. A veteran and member of the Wounded Warriors Project, Dr. Jenkins, came to speak to the boys prior to the game and share his story and perspective with us all leading into Memorial Day.

🇺🇸 We had a special presentation of the national anthem by Senior Kyle Borgh on the trumpet and Junior Sam Meekings with the vocals. An amazing performance!

🇺🇸 Our generous alumni, friends, and supporters donated additional funds to surprise our players with some cool jerseys to wear in honor our service men and women. Another huge thank you!

🇺🇸 Part of the additional donations went to creating a plaque dedicated in honor of Coach Shanklin to honor all of the members of our Voorhees Lacrosse family who have served our country! Coach Shanklin served in the Army for many years before being a founding father of the Voorhees Lacrosse program. The plaque was presented by junior Rylan Benitez who has committed to playing lacrosse at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy next year!

🇺🇸 It was a beautiful night! Finn Bruton tallied his 100th career goal and, of course, the Vikes got the win over Mah Wah 15-8!

We look forward to continuing this recognition game and supporting another great foundation in the year ahead!
