POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A few photos from an unforgettable day with my brother of the Octagon, Ricardo Arona — a true legend of MMA and one of the fighters who inspired me to become a professional fighter. 🥋🔥

I grew up watching Arona fight in Pride, so having the chance to finally meet him, share some stories, and help him demonstrate techniques during the seminar was a real honour.

Huge thanks to BTT Cambridge for the invitation and for giving me the opportunity to be part of such a special day.

Always Gauntlet

I put myself in this situation. I could of stayed at home. I could of rested on the couch. I could of slept in my bed. I could of gone on vacation. However, I chose to be in the arena with the gladiators. I chose to fight. I would have it no other way. I may lose to my opponents but I will never lose to fear.

In this division I won gold haha. Thanks to @combatbyjg for capturing great footage.

Always Gauntlet.

I love the fundamentals of wrestling. 'Run the pipe' is very useful in fighting whether it's grappling, wrestling or MMA.

Fundamentals win you fights, fundamentals win you medals.

My wrestling coach @wali___96 taught me well haha.
