“My Body is NOT a ‘Reflection of What I Do…’
It is a ‘Reflection of Who I Am.’
I will always work for What I Want, and
I am willing to sacrifice, ‘Who I Am,’ for, ‘Who I Will Become.’
I don’t care where the Top is,
Leave me at the Bottom.
Let me work for it.”

Every “body” I had has a history. 🧐📚

I’ve been underweight, overweight, unhealthy, disciplined, broken down, and rebuilt. At different points, I allowed other people’s opinions, competition, and the number on the scale to influence how I saw myself. ⚖️🗣️💯

Eventually, I realized the biggest victory wasn’t a belt. It was rebuilding my education, career, faith, relationships, and health before returning to competition.🎓👨‍⚕️⛪️🙏🏠🥊

I love this sport, but I will never sell my soul for the Fight Game.👻🙅‍♂️💸

Too often, athletes are praised for sacrificing EVERYTHING to compete. But there is a difference between SACRIFICE and SELF-DESTRUCTION.🤨👹😈👺

As I compete at WKA Nationals this weekend, I want to represent something bigger than winning or losing:
You can chase greatness WITHOUT abandoning the life you’re building OUTSIDE THE RING.🥊💯

God. Faith. Family. Financial stability. Education. Career.
Then, fight.💯💯💯

Win or lose, those things STILL come home with me.

THAT, itself, is a VICTORY….!
