Sunrise at the fire lookout tower. What a privilege it is to have access to such incredible places with incredible people.

A huge congratulations to @combnshears & @joshuaschwarzberg on their new chapter 💍

Tons of miles and milestones on this trip to Japan! 🇯🇵

When you travel with someone it’s a small taste of the best and worst versions of both parties. It’s missing trains & meals, trying to sleep in beds that are too small, quadrupling your step count, and maybe a tummy ache or two.

It’s also watching someone navigate language barriers, climb mountains, fall in love with a view, a meal, and laughing until tears stream down their face. They say to be careful who you travel with because you see so many sides of them… lucky for me I know and love all of yours.

This trip to Japan was unforgettable, restorative, and truly magical for numerous reasons. But the biggest would have to be sitting on my left ring finger. 12 years into this life together and we added an old tradition to a commitment we made a long time ago. We all already knew this thing was forever but I am still so excited to marry you.

✨impossible ✨ I can’t believe we scored the fire hut but I can believe @jemsassano kicked our butts in cards, @joshuaschwarzberg made the best coffee & @view.finder95 captured all these photos! Thanks for the hundreds of miles (; and all the jokes
