POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Fringe 26.

81 gigs in 23 days.

@notescomedyshow was a dream - 19 sell outs in 24 days and performing with some of the comics I’ve admired for a super long time.

@comedycanopy pure graft with the incredible @atthewoss @craigalexandercomedy @fudgiecomedy - 3 sellouts on the wrong side of town and some lovely memories made with top geezers.

Landed a fighter jet in front of 100 people while doing stand up.

Sang with Gianmarco Soresi in front of 250 people - reprising my role as the dentist.

96 hour flyering.

National Press including @the.scotsman @sunday.post, podcasts, interviews and reviews!

Flooded venues, fire alarms, acts not turning up, spreadsheet malfunctions.

Big thanks to all the people in my corner…

@ezzthetic.photography for the incredible photos, videos and moral support during the madness

@textualhealingpr2 for taking a chance on a random guy with an idea (will send you some photos of Sainsbury’s Meadowbank later)

Most of all @daisielovereid for being the most understanding and supportive love I could ask for. Sorry I gave you the ick when I bombed ❤️

Bucket list ticked ✅

Fringe 2026 - it was the best of times, it was the worst(not really) of times, it was the age of silliness

This year was my first full run as a comic & god it was tiring, but it was amazing, totally solidified that slinging jokes is what I wanna do with my life. No matter how rundown & shattered I got, i got to live the dream of gigging every day (think i did 40 gigs all in this month, i wanna do more next year)

Last year I did a tech run, which was amazing, however this year I decided I didn’t want to tech shows this year, but when @the_pad_bible asked me to tech his half run I couldn’t say no, so glad I did, to be apart of watching him work out his hour for next year was amazing, so proud of him (go see my best pals full run next year you will not be disappointed I swear)

I was going to write context for each photo but it was too long - oh well, i had a lot of fun, thats all you really need to know

No time like the fringe to break my street interviewing cherry! 😂

What a laugh me and @differentlightphotography had today chatting to some fringe performers!

We defintely captured the beautiful chaos of it all and just had some well needed fun.

Videos coming soon 👀

Comedy Canopy: Every jungle has its undergrowth. The wild, untamed layer where the most interesting things grow before anyone’s paying attention.
Comedy Canopy is Edinburgh’s home for the rising stars of the Scottish comedy circuit – five performers a night, 8:45pm on George Street, doing what they do best before the rest of the world catches up. These are the acts you’ll be telling people about in five years. The ones your mates haven’t heard of yet. The ones who are about to become household names.
Come early. Stay late. Venture into the undergrowth. #comedy #interactive #standup #abrawfringe26 #edfringe
