Maximum effort. Minimum portion size.
Don’t stare too long, they bite.
So Today is day 1 of our summer vacation, so I whipped up these Mini dessert chimichangas treats because it felt disrespectful not to give my massive new Deadpool Omni’s a proper mad decent welcome. Long story short, they were fairly Dope.
Anyway, Here is the recipe.
1️⃣ Mash 1 block of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of finely chopped raspberries, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp cornstarch (the secret weapon to prevent leaking!).
2️⃣ Spoon 1 tbsp into mini street-taco tortillas, fold the sides, roll tight like a baby burrito, and secure with a toothpick.
3️⃣ Brush with melted butter and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes until perfectly crispy.
Drizzle with red candy melts and sprinkles while warm. Boom. Done 🦇
