WOW GOD DAMN! @comix_thing was a blast! Thank you to everyone who came to me and Rocky’s table, everyone who traded comics and zines, everyone who encouraged Rocky and asked for a signature, and to all the random ass mall people who came through and opened up their fukkin world!! This is what I can find of what I got, some shirts and prints and minis have already been absorbed into the archives! Can’t wait for the next show, and for more cool trades!!! Thanks to @manniemurphy and @teenagedinosaur and @ repinter for working so hard for all of us!!!! LOVE YOU

Finally got a chance to take a look at my haul from @comix_thing Wow! And I could have easily brought home 5 times as much if I’d gotten out from behind my table more. Really loved getting the chance to meet all these folks and load up on comics!

We are in love with this poster by @baloneyfeathers (go take a look at the print process by our friends @secretroompress over on their feed) and then head to the dang mall to support tons of independent comics creators from all over! Can’t think of a better way to stay out of the heat!

A last minute addition to my event schedule tomorrow! I’ll be at @comix_thing at the Lloyd Center Mall August 23rd from 12-6 (well technically @flemenem will be there the first hour or so while I finish teaching my morning class). This weekend is going to be a scorcher in Portland but the mall is very air conditioned so come see some comics and cool off with us weird artists.
