We see all types of guitars @nymusicgarage this is a vintage Gibson from the 1940's. The owner wanted it brought back to life because it had been left sit. They trusted us to do the work and we didn't disappoint. Underneath the dust and grime the guitar was in good condition, I did a basic setup, adjusted the nut, and the saddle and took care of some very minor fretwork. We wanted to keep its originality and didn't do any touching up of the natural wear and tear on the guitar, we gently cleaned it and conditioned the fretboard. The guitar was very dry so we let it come up to humidity levels and advised the owner about humidifiers and storing a vintage guitar.

As luck would have it our friend @commoner13 happened to be in the store and agreed to me filming a little of him playing the guitar as we were testing the original electronics. He is a great player and fell into a perfect fingerpicking groove to demonstrate what this guitar shines at doing. Thank you Connor! #guitarplayer #acousticguitar #vintageguitar #musicstudio #

August 31st, 2025: Conor, John, Jenn, Bart, and Josh got together to jam on a random Sunday. By the end of the night it was known to all that we had caught lightning in a bottle. What started as a string trio became a full band and a year later we finished our first album. Dreams of the Witch House comes this fall. Happy Pitchfall Day :)

Had a great time playing My Guitar Gently Weeps the other day with Conor Larkin on violin and John Cilio on Cello. Two wonderfully talented musicians.
