A LITTLE LESS VOLUME. A LOT MORE FEELING.
On Saturday, September 5 at 7 PM, Holding Napoleon and Alice Grace meet at Community of Sound in Burlington for an immersive, semi-unplugged evening where the volume may come down-but the emotional intensity certainly won’t.
Expect heartfelt, driven music with enough space between the notes for the meaning to breathe. Songs designed not merely to be heard, but to capture the mind, move the body, and settle deeper in the soul.
....a musical conversation: intimate, visceral, occasionally unruly, and enlightening.

TRACES 2026 RECAP

HUGE THANK YOUS to everyone who made pieces, helped set up and prepare, or came to watch and support all of us at TRACES this year! Although we got pushed inside by the rain, it was such a good day of dancing, meeting, and getting to know one another!

Thanks to @communityofsound and @heartsongaerial for helping with space and set up, @brbtakingakatnap @soniamustdance @vivimejia31 @no_uh_huh, Paul Besaw, @jacobianireland @danseurignoble @emilyarwenmott @addisonirvin and all of the other dancers who helped make this day so fun!

If you want more opportunities like this, get involved and join VDA! With your help and support, next years TRACES will be EVEN BIGGER ❤️💃🕺💙
