@koboldsf spotted this on @communitythriftsf IG and I dispatched him to go investigate, and within, possibly, an hour of posting, it had been acquired for the perfect spot in the kitchen!

Never gonna stop traveling and thoroughly exploring the places I read about (it was books that made me inquire into moving to the Bay in the first place).

The first three books are gems from @communitythriftsf - my favorite place in SF for finding rare books 📚❤️All of the books listed here take root in or involve San Francisco / the greater Bay Area’s culture/bioregion.

SF locals:

🎥Ready thee for an upcoming pre-recorded zine reading screened @baqzf

🦅“The Myth of Bird Man - Stories on Power, Sex, and Belonging in Apocalyptic Times”

📖Physical and digital zines are available now in my Etsy store! [Link in Bio]

Did you know you can support local, Bay Area nonprofits by donating your stuff AND by finding a home for fun, unique items? Reduce your consumer waste and help support organizations like The Family Link!

💫
Here’s how to suport:
Community Thrift Store is located at 623 Valencia Street. When you donate your items, tell them our name (The Family Link) and Account No. 15.

When your donated items are sold, CTS sends The Family Link a percentage of the proceeds.

⭐️
Give items a new home!
Community Thrift Store, founded in 1982, is a nonprofit retail organization supporting over 200 Bay Area charities. They close the loop on consumer waste, give new life to donated merchandise, and provide a unique shopping experience.

Any time you purchace an item, it will support a local charity!

✨
Need help donating?
Their donation department is located around the corner from the storefront on sycamore alley. Check their website, communitythriftsf.org for lists of acceptable/unacceptable donations or call (415) 861-9410 with any questions!
