Seeing so many new faces here, I thought it was time for a proper reintroduction 👋✨

I’m Johanna: mom of three, full-time real estate agent, part-time soccer sideline cheerleader, and proud Jersey City local since 2012. I’m an NYC transplant—and I have zero regrets.

My real estate story started as a client. In 2012, Francesco helped my husband and me rent our first Jersey City apartment. A year later, he helped us buy our first condo on York Street.

While working with Francesco, I fell in love with the process and asked him what it would take to get my real estate license. That question sparked the idea. Real estate brought together so many things I enjoy—people, design, strategy, and negotiation—with the business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit I was looking for. The rest is history!

Before real estate, I spent a decade in the NYC fashion world after graduating from Syracuse. That design eye still comes in handy when I’m getting a listing runway-ready. ✨

Today, as Managing Partner of Team Francesco at Compass, I bring a decade of Hudson County experience, a data-driven approach, and Compass technology and programs like Private Exclusives and Coming Soon to every client relationship.
