Our 2nd class was great , we talked about the 5 Niyamas: 🌿 Saucha = Cleanliness
😊 Santosha = Contentment
🔥 Tapas = Discipline
📖 Svadhyaya = Self-Study
🙏 Ishvara Pranidhana = Surrender
My community classes are designed to bring people together. For me this is yoga ! Unite, breathe , practice and learn about this beautiful science we can use as a tool to help manage our feelings, mind, body and soul. Come as you are , leave a little lighter. Open classes are great, because it doesn’t matter what happens outside of your mat , we will learn to stay focus and keep moving with intention. #yogaoahu #magicisland #kakaakolife

Grateful for all who came and made space to unplug, reflect, recenter, and be still.

Looking forward to future wellness events like these!#SoundHealingOahu #OahuSmallBusiness #OahuEvents
