POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Three weeks of racing, early starts and plenty of special moments. 🏊‍♂️
Nic gave it his all every time he stepped up to race, coming home with personal bests and having witnessed some incredible swims along the way.
So grateful to the amazing coaches, team, training partners and friends who helped him recover and get ready to race. It really does take a village. 💙

We’re proud to partner with Tracey Hemphill, Head Swim Coach at Aqua Athlete KZN and full-time South African Swimming Coach for SASCOC (South African Sports Confederation, Olympic & Paralympic Committee 2025), to bring the Complete Athlete Performance Camp to AquaPark. 🏊

Tracey’s holistic programme helps young athletes understand themselves, build confidence, and perform at their best - in and out of the water. Through workshops, pool sessions, reflection, and practical exercises, athletes develop mindset, flow, recovery, and decision-making skills, while coaches and parents are included to support long-term growth.

AquaPark is excited by this partnership, giving young athletes a world-class environment to train, learn, and thrive.💙
