After 8 hours of volleyball on Sunday & a tough leg day Monday morning🏋🏼‍♀️, recovery day in our backyard oasis was a MUST. If you’re an athlete who goes hard, recovering like an athlete who goes hard is a nonnegotiable. Taking care of myself through yoga, sauna, cold plunge, massage, a good night’s sleep, a healthy diet, & a healthy mindset💆🏼‍♀️

YESTERDAY’S RECOVERY ROUTINE:
✨1 hr outdoor deep tissue massage✔️
✨15 min sauna✔️
✨3 min cold plunge✔️
✨5 min sauna✔️
✨2 min cold plunge✔️
✨5 min sauna

Alsooo, meet @jus.zen_! I’ve known him since freshman year of high school & excited to be partnering with him to give my Airbnb guests a unique experience🫱🏼‍🫲🏾 I do have a few more openings for massage therapists who would be interested. I would funnel my guests to you & expect free massages in return😆😌

BACKYARD OASIS COMPLETE🤩🌴💧
✨Outdoor sauna
✨Cold plunge + hot tub duo

✨Raised gardens

I knew as soon as we made this property our home that I wanted my own self care retreat in our backyard & we finally made it come true! A lot of hard work & vision went into this project & I’m sooo happy it’s finally complete🙌🏼

I’m so excited to be partnering with some local massage therapists to extend our backyard oasis to our Airbnb guests🫱🏼‍🫲🏾

Next up maybe DIY outdoor kitchen??¿¿🤪 @complexcole

🐰🏐 THANK YOU, PLAYERS! 🏐🐰

🗣️ Huge shoutout to everyone who came out for our Bunny Bump Tournament yesterday with Kaboom Sports & Social Club!💥💥

🌦️Despite the weather delays, and change of venue you all showed up ready to play, compete, and have a great time—and that’s what it’s all about. The energy, sportsmanship, and good vibes made the day such a success!💕💕🙌

We loved seeing everyone stick it out, enjoy the games, and still take part in all the fun—from breakfast to raffles, the egg hunt, and of course the bunny contest 🐣🐰

We appreciate each and every one of you for being part of our community. We couldn’t do it without you! 💕🐰

💥 Stay tuned… more events coming soon!

It’s official‼️ I retired from being a nurse to go full time in our family business before hitting age 30. From grinding in the operating room at the hospital, to a weee bit better at a sports medicine operating room, we were both working full time jobs & starting our business from the ground up, working crazy hours. I took a leap of faith & transitioned to doing online nursing. This was a game changer since I could bring my laptop to our flips & kill two birds with one stone🤪 Brandon retired almost 2 years ago from his corporate job & I was our “safety net” until we finally decided my time is better spent grinding for our business rather than someone else’s. What a blessing🙏🏼 We’ve worked so hard for this.

If you want to learn how to get out of the rat race, HIT US UP! Life is too short to waste your time doing something you don’t love.

I’m gonna keep making you proud mama😇🕊️ (The blue dress I’m wearing was hers & so is the jewelry😌)
