POV: What’s it like to be a chef?👩🏻‍🍳

First stepped into a kitchen in 2012, and it’s been a wild ride since. This life isn’t for the weak, but it’s the small wins and the community we’ve built that keep us going. Here’s to the fam we’ve created along the way. 🤞🏻🤘🏻

It was such an honor to be on the set of the first day of production for @complimentstothechefshow and snap some BTS flicks for the whole crew✨

Chef @jbindakitchen was such an inspiration in so many ways - from her commitment to honoring family roots & heritage in her cooking, to her experience & success as a woman in a competitive, male-dominated industry, to her encouraging sentiment that cooking doesn’t have to be intimidating! I was so thankful to be in the room with her as she shared such impactful wisdom, both from a personal & professional perspective.

And of course, @mindbodysoell continues to amaze me with his ability to harness such an incredible vision, bring it to life with the perfect team of talented individuals, and all the while make every single person in the room feel comfortable, taken care of, and excited to be there.

Needless to say, I can’t wait to watch this show when it’s finally finished and ready to air! In the meantime, I’m definitely going to keep enjoying all of the behind the scenes & everything in between❤️‍🔥
