COMPLETELY FORGOT to share some of my art from the 10th issue of Comrad Comics!!

When I heard the final theme was “Collab”, my friend Bramwell’s dreamy, colourful and technical art style popped into my head. They quickly said yes. We then spent many summer days snacking, drawing, and brainstorming this four page comic. I may have been very neurotic. Bram was down for everything and brought an artistic groundedness to every day. I’m super happy with the final comic. The journey of a little bird, the cycle of death, the gift of collaboration.

Thanks to @comradcomics for having us. We are so grateful for the opportunity for growth and creativity!

Grab a copy through my website if ya like, it will never be reprinted! Everyone’s comics turned out amazing!!

Time for my annual Prairie Comics Festival post! I had a wonderful time volunteering yesterday. There was an overwhelming amount of amazing art and I could only took a tiny amount of it home with me.

The festival is on again today from 12-5 at the Manitoba Museum if you want to check it out for yourself!

COMRADS are restocked! If you’ve never read one, you should. Each issue has a theme that each artist interprets differently through a comic. This one is THE CULT OF COMRAD. 🤟🏼
