@tabvbb senior shooting guard @con0rch1 🎯

The 6’3” guard put together a strong summer continuing to add more to his offensive game. Conor made big strides attacking off the rip and taking advantage of closeouts, using improved footwork to get downhill and create better looks for himself.

Already a proven shot maker, Conor is a microwave when he gets going. Once he sees a couple go down, he can heat up quickly and completely change the momentum of a game.

The ability to pair that shooting with more confident, decisive attacks makes him an even tougher cover heading into his senior season.

Big year ahead for Conor at Thayer. 📈 #opc #basketball #training #workout

If you want to get downhill, stop trying to run around defenders and start learning how to play through them.

🏀 The low man wins. Stay low, stay strong, and attack with purpose.

🏀 If the defender initiates contact, bump them back and hold your line.

🏀 Don’t wait for contact… invite it. The best scorers create advantages by being the aggressor, not the reactor.

Getting downhill isn’t about speed alone. It’s about beating defenders to space, owning that space, and being physical enough to keep it.

Low man wins. Attack the space. Play through contact. Get downhill. 💪🔥 #opc #basketball #training #workout

This summer isn’t about staying the same. It’s about separating yourself from the competition.

The players who make the biggest jump next season are the ones putting the work in NOW.
More skill work. More game reps. More attention to detail. More consistency.

At OPC, every workout is built to help players improve in REAL game situations:
🏀 Ball handling
🎯 Shooting
⚡️ Decision making
💪 Confidence & competitiveness
🧠 In-game IQ

Whether you’re trying to make the team, earn more minutes, become a starter, or dominate at the next level… this is your opportunity to LEVEL UP this summer.

⚠️ Limited spots available.
We’re only accepting a select number of athletes for Summer 2026 training.

We sat down with Raul Cruz Jr. (‘27) and Mamadou Camara (‘27) of Team White Mamba as they go on their quest for the MHC 17U title. @teamwhitemamba @raulxcruz4 @mana.camara3

After shocking the circuit to win the 16U championship last year, NBA vet Brian Scalabrine’s squad knows they aren’t sneaking up on anybody this time around.

Does this squad have what it takes to go back-to-back? 🐍🏆
