We don’t clap enough for the people who started from zero in a new country. So I will. 👏🇷🇴

For everyone whose jokes didn’t translate. Who repeated their name three times and heard it said wrong anyway.
Who missed things back home they can’t get back. Who told their mom “totul e bine” (everything’s ok) because they didn’t want her to worry.

Who almost cried over Romanian biscuits in a grocery store, because for a second, something felt like home.
And somehow, you kept going. You built a life somewhere nobody knew your name. Or you’re still figuring it out, and that deserves credit too.
