CONNOR’S FINAL HURRAH

@condavy officially moves to Florida and we did our first Zilker workout of the summer this past Tuesday.

Going to miss the shit out of Connor but now we have a place to stay in Miami. Thanks for all the beers and miles big dog.

Have a great weekend, get a beer or three at @meaneyedcatbar, and get some miles in to prep for the @statesmancap10k. Oh, and watch @williameugene52’s bracket get busted.

Finished my first half marathon this past weekend and wow what an experience.

I'm so thankful for a body that can move, for all the things consistency and discipline has taught me and for the incredible feeling of accomplishment when doing hard things, and keeping promises to myself.

New records, bonds formed, friendships strengthened and cheering along the way! Shout out to @madmachen and @claudiamiawellness who pushed me and encouraged me, even when it felt impossible. We all did it for the the first time together, and there's no one else I'd rather have finished the race with!!

Also shout out @poolboiicraig who paced us and pushed us past the limits of our minds. We had the best cheering squad out there!!!!

Can't wait to do it again✨
