A little bit of UltraFlex Fitness history we are very proud of ✌️

Before Van Halen released their first album in 1978, they played on a stage inside this very building.

Long before the racks. Long before the dumbbells. Long before UltraFlex.

This building was already making noise.

The stage is gone. The amplifiers are gone. The iron took their place.

Nearly 50 years later, we’re still making noise.

Took a week to do & learned some new skills along the way - Walkway to the gazebo.
Turf cut, concrete slabs, metal edging, black pebbles, rock glue, lots of patience.

When I say ‘happy new year’,
I’m not for a moment,
expecting this to occur,
for that is not possible,
a year must be all things.

Happiness must come and go,
like the tides and the winds,
just as sadness,
and all the emotions in between.

When I say ‘happy new year’,
I’m really wishing you,
a baseline of peace,
of gratitude.

Because if you can sit with these things,
for the most part,
happiness will thrive,
when it does arrive,
and sadness will know its place in the mix.

If you can nourish these things,
daily,
you will also grow hope,
for it flourishes in such soil.

And hope is the key,
to this enigmatic state
of ‘happiness’ we seek.

When I say ‘happy new year’,
I’m really wishing you more happy days,
than sad days,
more joy than misery,
more laughter than tears…
and the wisdom to accept,
that they all belong.

Happy new year, my friends.
Happy new year.

It’s spooky season 👻🎃

Throwback to last years Halloween celebration 😋
@_chastor_ and I ran around Disneyland all day and night with our bestie @conductor_jackson 🏰
After riding all the rides with shortest lines, we started to head out of the park when we realized we could catch one last ride on the train! We rode the Lilly Belle together, and shared some yummy fresh churros 😍 (a favorite tradition of ours)
