Connect to a Balanced Life

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Allow me to reintroduce myself. 🥂✨

I’m Carnesha — entrepreneur, trader, mother, community builder, and now Consultant.

I help my ladies and (gents) who know they want more explore what that can actually look like — through financial education, trading, entrepreneurship, travel resources, community, and exposure to new opportunities.

My journey hasn’t been one straight line. There have been seasons where I’ve had to pull back, reassess, realign, and move differently. But every season added something to the woman you see today.

More knowledge. More experience. More connections. More to offer.

Today, I’m standing on six years of experience, new knowledge, stronger relationships, and a whole lot more clarity about what I bring to the table.

I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished, but I’m even more intentional about using what I’ve learned to help other women discover more options for themselves and their families.

So if you’re new here… hi, I’m Carnesha. 🤎

And if you’ve been here for a while, you already know — we’re just getting started. 🥂

One last little conference dump before we get back to business. 😂🤍

All I can say WOW!!! Imaginary Conference you owe me nothing! Huge thank you for @chynabethley @logicmixx @richuniversity.co for inviting me and hosting an extraordinary event!!

I came for the experience, but I left with so much more—new perspectives, new relationships, bigger conversations, and a reminder that sometimes changing your environment really does change what you can see for yourself.

I’ve been talking about new rooms all September… now it’s time to show you what happens when you actually apply what you learned in them. 👀✨

Back home. Recharged. Refocused. Let’s work. 🤍

It’s Round 2 Day 10 of the #totaltransformation360 and this time the goal is to be more intentional on working the areas I want to see the most changes in strength. So today is booty, booty, booty… 🤣

Strong glutes stabilize your pelvis, protect your low back and knees from injury. Strong lower body muscles improve your balance & stability 🍑

Happy Monday, Fitness Fam. Another week. Another opportunity to start the goals you’ve been pushing off. Stop waiting for the perfect time, the perfect day, or the perfect circumstances. Start where you are, use what you have, and make this week count. One decision, one workout, one healthy meal, and one day at a time. Your future self will thank you.

This is what healthy eating, 5 workout sessions a week, 3 hours per session, 15 hours strength training a week gets you: 16 lbs down, 7 inches off waist, gained muscle, fat lost. No surgery. No pills. Just hard work, consistency, and discipline💪🏽🏋🏽‍♀️🔥💜💯.

Straight from Vacation and back in the Gym🏖️➡️🏋🏽‍♀️. Back like I never left.

It’s a new month, August, which means it’s time for another 30 days of the Total Transformation 360 Challenge💪🏽🔥.

Congratulations to everyone who joined this month’s challenge🥳. Remember, you don’t have to be perfect, you just have to stay consistent. Take it one day at a time, and before you know it, Day 30 will be here.

Let’s show up, put in the work, and become stronger, healthier, and more disciplined together. We got this💜.
