Photo dump from Plaza Walls. Just really great times painting alongside so many friends. Way too many fun moments to capture over a few days of painting.

27 years of art, music, murals + Plaza magic!!! 💛✨

The 27th Annual Plaza District Festival is officially in the books! Over 40 artist vendors, 11 food vendors, two stages packed with incredible performances, and a whole lotta beautiful chaos on NW 16th Street. 🎨🎶

Couldn’t have asked for a better partner-in-festival-chaos than @renegade_art.okc, and BIG love to @leehowie.art + @okiesongbird, our amazing committee, every volunteer who SHOWED UP, and everyone who came out and celebrated with us. 🫶

Extra love to @tonythunder_art, our incredible featured festival artist, for bringing this year’s festival branding to life, and @isabella.burns for absolutely bringing it as our headliner! ✨

Two years of co-chairing, approximately one million emails, plenty of wild ideas, a LOT of steps, and some of my favorite memories later… I’m just really freaking grateful. 🥹

My heart is full. My feet are toast. And with that… peace out, Mady/Plaza Fest Co-Chair!!! ✌️💛✨

P.S. swipe till the end to see Daniel with a bag of pork rinds because we got 10 boxes donated for the festival!

Stopped by to check out this year’s new @plazawalls and caught a few favorites. 🎨💛

The sweetest surprise was running into @hokutennekephoto, who asked me to sign my Afro-Violet mural in her Plaza Walls book 😭

Doesn’t feel like it’s been 6 years since my first Plaza Walls Expo. 🥺 My, how time flies!!

Always love seeing what other artists are creating around the city. Congrats to everyone involved! 👏🏾

Final Photos of the Walker Street Community Garden Mural 🥕🌼 🐝

Thank you to my friend @congo.art for coming to assist!

We had so many people in the neighborhood stop by and say they grew up here and love the color!

Grateful to be apart of this project. And thank you to the @lubeznikcenter for the opportunity & your continued support! 🙏 ❤️

This week has been amazing so far for the artists and the city! Free City Mural Festival gives an opportunity for artists throughout the industry to collaborate, discuss and learn from each other and most of it’s done around the dinner table after a long day’s work.

We have been and will be able to enjoy dinner with the following places around the city:

@sauceitalianflint
@simmer_rooftop
@markettapflint
@soggybottomflint
@enzospizzeriaofmi
@taboon_mediterranean
@hoffmansdecodeli
@blackstonesdowntownflint
