Date night for the Check Ting adults Wedding Anniversary at @tommysbrewingcompany , Brentwood.
Rachel loves beer.... Christian loves beer...this was an easy choice!
While Rachel was very sophisticated with her Aurora IPA, Christian went off on a whole rant about how good the Dingolay Chocolate Ale was 🤣

@jgosine and @toritamara had a small wedding that felt warm and sincere. The ceremony was intimate, the dinner was filled with the people who support them, and every part of the night felt meaningful. Being there to celebrate with them was important to us.

I made their wedding cake, a chocolate cheesecake, infused with coffee and brandy on a brownie base . I used to cater cheesecakes, so creating this one felt natural. It also reminded me why, when I review cakes, I speak from real experience.

Sharing this moment with them felt special, Christian and I left with full hearts. We wish Justin and Victoria a long, happy and healthy life together.
