I’m a bit nervous to share this here…

The main journey (and the reason for this page) for me is to become a healer, focus on plant medicine, help to educate others… but I think it’s important that we show up as our full selves in the spaces we create here..

So this is me, my name is Connie and I’ve been a songwriter since I was littler than I can remember.

Our ancient traditions speak of the bards… the storytellers, the carriers of messages and visions.

I’m just a person, and really I know nothing.

I often feel like my songs are written through me, as a means of carrying a message that might just touch someone’s heart…

Music is one of the oldest medicines.

Connection via stories older still.

I like to believe that the songs I create can connect with people in a way that reminds us of our humanity, that we are never alone, that we are the writers of our own songs and destiny.

We choose what story we tell ourselves, always.

So I guess that’s all part of this mission for me… if you’re new and you like the sound of that you’re welcome to tag along 🌿❤️
