We’re stepping into another month of The Pouring Forward Series 🍃

This series is rooted in community and in the very real need to keep TeaLee’s here, open, and thriving for years to come. Each gathering is a chance to show up, be together, and pour back into a space that has held so much. Thank yall for vibing over the months 💕

Let’s keep it goinggg

Leaves & Light holds a theme of renewal this month-through tea, breath, and gentle somatic practices designed to help you reset and reconnect.

Tea Leaves will have @conjuringqueendom exploring beauty and care through herbal blends like raspberry leaf, hawthorn, and calendula.

The After Pour shifts upstairs with the season, bringing that same community energy into a more open, sun-filled space with @godofgroove groovin

Steeped in Sound will be hosted at @urbansanctuary.love for a deeper practice with yoga, a soundbath, and a meditation all in one with @flownfrequency & myself.

Tickets and donation links are in the bio.
We’ll see you soon. 🍵✨

Full of gratitude and appreciation for absolutely everyone who was a part of the Re-Rooted spiritual mentorship series, what an amazing group of humans (including the ones not pictured and all the ancestors of course). True ancestral work is not blind veneration, fully facing your lineage requires some of the deepest most real shadow work that you can do and I'm honored to have witnessed the courage and faith that it took this group to show up for themselves and each other in very vulnerable moments. It is a true joy to experience when someone feels seen/held/supported by their elevated ancestors and to feel the difference in the room when everyone starts to feel more grounded as the series progressed.

One of the main themes of this series was viewing the ancestral altar as relationship and mutual aid and it was beautiful to see that theme show up in so many different ways for each and every person. I hope that the altars that were built & re-built during our time together and the elevation work we did as a group are the foundation for a lifetime of ongoing healing and connection, backwards and forwards through the generations.

Huge props & thanks for my amazing assistant teacher @conjuringqueendom who was all in from the beginning and brought needed insight, experience and wisdom to our circle.

My bestie friend, since middle school, and I have some majik for dat ahhh 🪄

Join Mama Zim of @conjuringqueendom for a cool ass tea making series called TEA LEAVES. Over the next 3 months, each class will include an info session, your blend, some honey, a strainer, and an info card about your herbs! She’s a brilliant root worker, get her before she’s too busy for us!!🌿

I will also be hosting a series to reset the nervous system called LEAVES & LIGHT. It’s been a while!! Let’s learn some somatic practices, meditate and get a nice tea ritual in. You’ll take home a little tea and an affirmation card to help remind you how to move through the world with a semblance of balance. 😉

Remember: 100% of proceeds go to supporting @tealeesteahouse next chapter! Let’s Pour Forward ☕️

All links are in bio!!
Look forward to seeing yall this season.

Lesley and I have been dreaming together about how to support TeaLee’s and what feels most true is bringing more people into the space.

Back to tea, to connection, to music, to some slower moments that remind us why places like this matter.

We want to help keep that energy alive in Five Points but we can’t do it alone.

Honoring the roots. Sustaining the future.
Over the next few months, TeaLee’s will host special community events called ‘The Pouring Forward Series’ where 100% of proceeds go toward supporting TeaLee’s and its next chapter.

Tea, music, food, ritual, laughter, gathering, all pouring back into the future of this beautiful space.

Tickets live soon!
We will see you.. soon ☺️

What are we wearing? Whatever calls you—bonus points if it embodies a lil 🌊🏔️🌵🌪️
